By accessing and using Publish Console ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not use this Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Please review these Terms periodically for updates.

User Accounts
Account Registration
To use Publish Console, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
- Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious account activity
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Publish Console. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. We are not liable for:
- Unauthorized access to your account due to weak passwords or compromised devices
- Loss of data or credentials you fail to secure
- Actions taken under your account by third parties with access to your credentials
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include (but are not limited to):
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Violation of any social platform's terms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
- Illegal activity or fraudulent conduct
- Extended period of inactivity (90+ days)
- Payment default or non-payment of subscription fees
Use License
Grant of License
Subject to your acceptance of these Terms and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Publish Console solely for your personal or business use in managing your social media accounts.
Permitted Uses
You are permitted to:
- Create and schedule content on your connected social media accounts
- View analytics and engagement metrics for your accounts
- Manage comments and mentions across platforms
- Use the Service for lawful, non-commercial or commercial purposes as a business tool
Limitations
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to scrape, crawl, or automate access to social media platforms in violation of their terms
- Rent, lease, loan, or resell access to the Service
- Use the Service to violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:
Illegal Activity
- Using the Service to violate any federal, state, local, or international laws
- Posting or sharing content that is illegal in the jurisdictions where you operate
- Facilitating fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
Harmful Content
- Posting content that threatens, harasses, bullies, or defames others
- Sharing content that incites violence or hatred based on protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, etc.)
- Sharing explicit sexual content, child abuse material, or gore
- Posting content that glorifies self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide
Deceptive Practices
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
- Posting misleading or false information to deceive audiences
- Spreading disinformation, conspiracy theories, or health misinformation
- Artificially inflating engagement through bots, fake accounts, or purchased followers
Intellectual Property Violations
- Posting copyrighted content without permission or proper licensing
- Using others' trademarks, logos, or brand identities without authorization
- Sharing trade secrets or confidential information
Spam & Abuse
- Posting repetitive, unsolicited, or off-topic content
- Using the Service to spam or send unsolicited messages
- Participating in coordinated inauthentic behavior or brigading
Unauthorized System Access
- Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted features
- Probing system vulnerabilities or conducting security testing without authorization
- Using automated tools to access the Service in violation of these Terms
Enforcement: Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
Content Responsibility
User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, post, or schedule through Publish Console. This includes:
- Text captions and descriptions
- Images, videos, and other media
- Hashtags and mentions
- Links and external references
Content Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have licensed all rights to the content you post
- The content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
- The content complies with all applicable laws and platform-specific terms
- The content is accurate and not misleading
Platform-Specific Compliance
All content posted through Publish Console must comply with the terms and community standards of the respective social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X). You are solely responsible for:
- Understanding and adhering to each platform's community guidelines
- Obtaining necessary licenses for music, images, or other copyrighted material
- Following platform-specific restrictions (e.g., content that may be restricted to certain age groups)
Copyright Infringement
If we receive a valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice or equivalent legal notice regarding content posted through our Service, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify you of the removal and provide information about the notice
- Provide you with information about filing a counter-notice if you believe the removal was erroneous
Removal of Content
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without notice, at our sole discretion. Such removal does not constitute a waiver of our right to take further action.
Intellectual Property Rights
Publish Console Ownership
All content, features, and functionality of Publish Console—including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, user interface, and documentation—are owned exclusively by Publish Console or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Rights
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Publish Console. By posting content through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Store and host your content on our servers
- Display your content in your dashboard and analytics
- Process and transmit your content to connected social platforms
- Create backups and redundant copies for security and disaster recovery
- Analyze anonymized metadata about your content (for product improvement only)
Limitations on Our License
We do not:
- Claim ownership of your content
- Use your content for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without explicit consent
- Share your content with third parties (except to the platforms you authorize)
- Use your content to train machine learning or AI models
Trademark
The Publish Console name, logo, and trademark are proprietary to Publish Console. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without prior written consent.
API Compliance & Platform Terms
Third-Party Platform Compliance
Your use of Publish Console to connect to and manage accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X is subject to those platforms' respective Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms. You are solely responsible for complying with:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Meta Platform Terms of Service and Community Standards
- TikTok: TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- LinkedIn: LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies
- X (Twitter): X Terms of Service and Rules and Policies
OAuth Token Usage
By authorizing Publish Console to connect to your social media accounts, you acknowledge that:
- We will store and use OAuth tokens to access and manage your accounts on your behalf
- We will never request or store your social media password
- Tokens are encrypted and stored securely in our systems
- You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting your account
API Rate Limits
Social media platforms enforce rate limits on API calls. These limits may include:
- Maximum number of posts per day (e.g., 20 videos/day on TikTok)
- Maximum API requests per minute
- Throttling or temporary blocks for excessive usage
You are responsible for understanding and complying with these limits. We are not liable for content that fails to publish due to platform rate limits or policy violations.
Platform Changes
Social media platforms frequently update their APIs, policies, and features. Publish Console may lose functionality or compatibility if:
- A platform deprecates or removes an API endpoint we rely on
- A platform changes authentication requirements
- A platform enforces new compliance requirements
We make reasonable efforts to update our Service to maintain compatibility, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to all features.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
SOCIALSYNC MENA IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful code
- Defects in the Service will be corrected
- Content posted through the Service will reach all intended audiences on social platforms
- Social platforms will not remove, flag, or suppress your content
Limitation of Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL SOCIALSYNC MENA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Loss of business opportunities or customers
- Loss of reputation or goodwill
- Loss of data or access to data
- Business interruption
This limitation applies regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, strict liability, etc.) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that these limitations are a material part of our agreement and that without them, we would not be able to offer Publish Console at its current price and with its current features.
Disclaimers
Social Platform Risks
Publish Console is a third-party management tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for:
- Changes to social platform APIs, features, or policies
- Content removal or suppression by social platforms
- Account suspension or bans by social platforms
- Loss of followers, engagement, or reach on social platforms
Content Distribution
We make no guarantees that:
- Content scheduled through Publish Console will be published exactly at the scheduled time
- Content will reach your intended audience (platforms use algorithms beyond our control)
- Content will not be flagged, hidden, or suppressed by platform moderation systems
Analytics Accuracy
Metrics and analytics displayed in Publish Console are sourced from official platform APIs and may have:
- Delays of several hours or days
- Discrepancies with numbers shown in native platform apps
- Fluctuations due to bot detection or fraudulent engagement removal by platforms
We are not responsible for inaccuracies in data provided by social platforms.
No Professional Advice
Publish Console does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Content creation and social media strategy decisions are your own responsibility.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account and stop using Publish Console at any time by:
- Logging into your account and following the "Delete Account" process
- Emailing our support team at support@publishconsole.com with your request
Upon termination, we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except where data retention is required by law.
Termination by Publish Console
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of any social platform's terms
- Non-payment of subscription fees (after 30-day notice period)
- Extended inactivity (90+ days without login)
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to Publish Console is immediately revoked
- Scheduled posts may not be published (depending on when termination occurs)
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days
- You forfeit any prepaid subscription fees (no refund)
- You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination
Survival
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Publish Console, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your use of Publish Console
- Your violation of these Terms
- Content you post or schedule through the Service
- Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Your violation of any social platform's terms or community guidelines
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any indemnified claim, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense efforts.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, UAE.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising under these Terms or relating to your use of Publish Console shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the UAE Arbitration Center, in English, in Dubai, UAE.
Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.
Waiver of Class Action
You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity, not as part of a class or group action.
Attorneys' Fees
In any legal proceeding to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Publish Console regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Publish Console.
